The Amber Phantom, is from the subfamily Satyrinae in the family Nymphalidae and is easily identified by their see through wings. Definitely one of our favourites here at The Specimen Cave, we love that their wings look like delicate panes of stained glass.

A beautiful Amber Phantom butterfly in a handmade wooden frame, mounted on high quality ivory card. The scientific and common names are printed beneath the butterfly, and a small information sticker can be found on the back of the frame.
