If the frame colour you would like is not in stock, but the other colour is; just drop us a message. As long as we have a spare of the colour you want, we would be happy to swap these over for you.
Unfortunately, from time to time, our products do get damaged in the post.
We make every effort to protect the product as much as possible, but enough banging around in the postal system can cause damage to occur such as the specimen twisting in the frame or coming loose.
Do not worry, if this happens to your product, reach out to us via email or our Contact Us page as soon as possible and provide images of the damage.
We will endeavor to either repair the product on it's return to us, replace the product, or provide a full refund.
